RULES & SAFETY
Dog Den Rules
To keep the Dog Den safe, enjoyable, and welcoming for everyone, we ask all visitors to follow these simple rules.
Please also read through our Frequently Asked Questions Page for some further info.
Please note that we are currently launching with our GROUP Sessions - which means multiple dogs from multiple households. We hope to add in Private hire sessions in due course and will update this availability at that time.
BEFORE YOU ARRIVE:
-
Dogs must be up‑to‑date with vaccinations & must not be showing any signs of parasites for the safety and enjoyment of yours and other dogs.
-
No dogs caught under the Dangerous Dogs Act (1991, as amended)
-
Please arrive on time for your session.
-
Please ensure that you encourage your dog to go to the toilet outside the premises prior to entering (and clear up after them). This is vital to ensure that our environment is kept as clean as possible.
-
Please be mindful that these are mixed family household sessions and other dogs will be present.
-
Bring poo bags. We do have them on site but always best to come prepared.
-
Always a good idea to bring their favourite treats too!
-
Water provided on site whilst inside the Dog Den
-
Collars, Harnesses, and ID Tags
-
All dogs must wear a collar or harness with an ID tag while visiting the Dog Den.
This isn’t just our rule — it’s a legal requirement under the UK Control of Dogs Order 1992, which states that any dog in a public place must wear a collar with the name and address of the owner displayed (an ID tag is the most common way to meet this requirement).
-
-
You will be asked to provide some basic information about your dog at the time of booking or at the time of arrival which will include details of supervision requirements and important information.
Please note that, due to insurance restrictions on our indoor space, we are unfortunately unable to allow any dogs that fall under the requirements of the Dangerous Dogs Act, including XL Bullies
DURING YOUR SESSION:
-
Dogs must remain supervised at all times. You retain responsibility for their supervision and we accept no responsibility for the actions or behaviour of your dog or other dogs in the session.
-
Please ensure that you close the gates into the play area behind you. The area is double gated for security purposes so it is important that you follow the instructions for the safety of all dogs and owners.

-
Please clean up after your dog at all times!
-
Respect your session end time so we can reset the space
-
Ensure that your dog does not remove any of the toys, equipment or other items from the Play area when leaving.
-
Please supervise your dogs to ensure that they do not intentionally seek to destroy or damage any of the equipment or the play area space.
-

-
Your 30 minute session includes 5 minutes at the end of the session for the safe exit of you and your dogs. Please ensure that you respect this time.
