Saturday: 9am - 4.30pm

Sunday:  9am - 1pm

EASTER HOURS:

GOOD FRIDAY:  10AM - 4PM 

SATURDAY 4TH APRIL:  9AM - 4PM

EASTER SUNDAY:  CLOSED

We are keeping these hours under review and are subject to change. These hours will run until at least the end of March 2026 and we will then be reviewing them, with a view to adding in more sessions

The Last Dog Wash session will be 20 minutes before our closing time each day.  

​

PRICES: 

Prices start from £12 and the price applicable to each session will depend on whether it is a Group or Private Booking session.  Please check the session availability for full details of pricing per session.  

For all sessions we offer a discount structure for multiple dogs from the same household.

We’ve had a few questions about why our Dog Den sessions are priced per dog, so here’s a little peek behind the scenes at what goes into running a safe, clean, and fun indoor space for your pups.
🧡 Owners Supervise — Staff Support
While you supervise your own dog during the session, our team is always on hand to help, answer questions, manage equipment, and keep the space running smoothly. More dogs in the Den means more support needed from staff to make sure everything stays calm, enjoyable, and well‑organised.
🧽 Thorough Cleaning Between Every Session
Each dog adds to the wear, tear, and cleaning needs of the space. We fully disinfect toys, equipment, flooring, and high‑touch areas between sessions to keep the Den hygienic and safe for all dogs, including puppies and those with sensitive tummies or paws.
🎾 Toys, Equipment & Sensory Play
From tunnels and enrichment toys to our ball pit and sensory activities, everything in the Den is chosen to be safe, durable, and engaging. Charging per dog helps us maintain, replace, and upgrade equipment so the space always feels fresh and exciting.
🐶 Fair Use of a Shared Social Space
Every dog uses the toys, equipment, and space equally. Pricing per dog keeps things fair for everyone and ensures we can manage numbers so the Den stays comfortable, friendly, and enjoyable for all.
🏡 Supporting a Local Small Business
Behind the scenes, there are costs like rent, utilities, insurance, staff wages, cleaning supplies, maintenance, and all the little things that keep the Den running. Charging per dog helps us continue offering a warm, safe, indoor play space for local dogs—whatever the weather

Some sessions at less peak times may be available to just turn up and play.  

*Please note that the sessions start at the designated timeslots and are for a total of 30 minutes which includes a 5 minute period at the end of the session to enable you to safely leave the play area.  Please respect this 5 minute window to ensure that the dog den play sessions run smoothly for everyone

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations & Refunds
All bookings are non‑refundable. No refunds will be issued.  If you consider that you have exceptional circumstances and cannot attend your booking please contact us directly by email at BarnyardDogDen@outlook.com.

Rescheduling
You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your booking start time.
Changes cannot be made within 24 hours of the session.

Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your session.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may be unable to admit you, and no refund or reschedule will be offered.
