Self Serve Dog Wash:

No Booking required
Turn up and use the wash - there may be a short wait if someone is already using it. 

Indoor Dog Play Area Sessions:
Use the availability checker to find the next available sessions & pre-book using the options below.  You can pre-book online up to 30 minutes before the start time of each session.  On some days there may be availability to just turn up and book in.   However that is not guaranteed.  If you would like to check then by all means give us a call on 01606 218198

DOG FIRST AID SESSIONS:

Unfortunately, unlike the rest of the Barnyard Dog Den, the upstairs training space is not currently wheelchair accessible and does require one flight of stairs. ​

Private play for up to 8 household dogs. Play area is exclusive, though other dogs may be in the building to use Dog Wash

Group Play Session for Sighthound breeds

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations & Refunds
All bookings are non‑refundable. No refunds will be issued.  If you consider that you have exceptional circumstances and cannot attend your booking please contact us directly by email at BarnyardDogDen@outlook.com.

Rescheduling
You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your booking start time.
Changes cannot be made within 24 hours of the session.

Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your session.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may be unable to admit you, and no refund or reschedule will be offered.
